Old Barns, Floyd Virginia

As artists who are retired from our old day-job careers, we now have time to drive the backroads and paths not generally taken to search for old barns, unique landscapes, even castles, and old ruins as subject-matter for paintings. This set of two barns is in south central Virginia, near the quirky little town of Floyd—which holds an art and Blue Grass music festival every June.
